However, vegetables taste best whenever they're bought fresh. So if you want to have the freshest veggies for your meals every day, you'd have to visit the market regularly. With Mauritian lifestyles being busier than ever, there's just no time to swing by the market so often. As a result, we've started to eat fewer vegetables each day.
