  • Where does  deliver?

We deliver EVERYWHERE IN MAURITIUS. You can choose the delivery address during the online checkout process.

We can also deliver outside of Mauritius and will quote courrier charges after receiving your order.

  • How quickly does deliver?

During the online checkout you can specify the date and time for delivery. You can choose between 2 hour long slots, with slots starting from 9.30am till 7.30pm, 6 days a week. For example, you can schedule delivery to be done on "the next day", between 2pm and 4pm. We currently do not offer same day delivery, and the delivery slots are available currently starting from the Next Day.

  • Can I get a discount?

Details about our Discount Program can be found on this page. In simple terms, the more you spend with us every month the more discount you will get in the following month. You can save 3%, 5%, 7% or even 10%. 

  • How to amend my Order

You can add or remove items from your Order for as long as the order is not yet fulfilled. In order to amend your existing Order simply go to My Account page, find the order you wish to amend, click on Edit and proceed as usualAlternatively contact us on specifying the changes you wish us to make for you.

  • How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is FREE for any orders over Rs 2,000. For orders under Rs 2,000 we charge Rs 199 for delivery (these rules apply to delivery in Mauritius only). For international delivery please contact us on as international shipping costs are provided on request only.

  • How can I pay for the order?

We offer a number of different ways to pay for your shopping.

- Debit or Credit card on delivery (our drivers carry mobile POS machines with them to take payments)

- Cash on Delivery

- Paypal (you DO NOT need to have a Paypal account in order to chose this option. All you will need is a debit or credit card)

- Internet Banking Transfer (into our MCB)

- MCB Juice

  • How to pay advance payment (eg buying a gift for someone)
If buying products for someone else (eg gift, eCard, flowers etc), you need to make sure that the payment is made in advance, and not later than 24hrs before the scheduled delivery. You can choose Paypal, Juice, or Bank Transfer as a payment method. Note that you DO NOT need to have a Paypal account to choose Paypal as payment option. All you need is a debit or credit card to pay online.
  • How to change delivery address

After your order has been placed, you can still change its delivery address providing that you provide us enough notice (usually not less than 6 hours). You can change delivery address by sending us an email on, stating your order number and the new delivery address. You may also change delivery address by going to My Account page, identifying the order and clicking on Edit. As you do that the chances are however that the original delivery slot may not longer be available, in which case you will need to choose another slot.

  • How to change delivery slot (date and/or time)

The best way to change delivery slot for an existing order is by calling our  Customer Support Team on 5250 6006, and requesting a change. We will then be able to confirm whether the required delivery slot is still available. Alternatively send us an email on, making sure you state you order number.

  • How can I cancel my order

You can cancel your order by simply going to My Account page, clicking on the order number that you wish to cancel and clicking on Cancel. You will receive an email confirmation once the ordered is successfully cancelled. Note that only orders not yet fulfilled can be cancelled. You may also cancel by sending us an email on, stating order number and reason for cancellation.

  •  How to change password

Go to My Account, log in, click on Edit Your Account, and click on Reset Password, and we will email you instructions in order to complete password change.

  • How to change my account details

Your account details (name, address, phone number) can be changed at My Account pagePlease note that delivery address for already placed orders can only be changed by emailing us on, or by calling on +230 52506006. Please don't forget to provide your Order number when you try to contact us.  

  • How are frozen products delivered?

Frozen food products are packed in either cooler boxes or cooler bags, together with dry ice packs for additional protection.
